the scene where the 2 guys are starving. after the teddy i think and you go to the food store you. i cant get in it even after opening the door. i tried saving and reloading but it still didnt work

okay i lowered the graphic settings it loaded properly. but uh i think i broke the game the whole map doesn't render so i can walk anywhere i want and pick up items that is on the bottom floor. meaning i can't progress the story cause i can climb a invisible ladder then fall since nothing loaded and can't interact with the guys floating
Hi, how are you? We've been trying to replicate the problem you're having, and we're not getting any errors. I suspect a compatibility issue with your graphics card. Now that you've managed to access the game on low settings, could you please try increasing them back to medium-high to see if the objects load? It's really strange.
Also, could you tell me what graphics card you have? I'd like to do a little research.
11th Gen Intel(R) Core (TM) i7 - 11800H @ 2.30GHz Nividia GeForce RTX 3060. I honestly have no idea what is happening I'm not much of a tech guy. All i can say is I play full screen 1980 x 1080 on performance setting ( or whatever the lowest setting was ) and initial load its fine but by the time i get to the town to do and meet up at the tv store everything kinda just deloaded allowing me to walk around freely to the point no mob spawns or respawn and i can see floating items and stand alone doors. Some building will be loaded and some won't be. There was a couple that also half rendered being the base of the building rendered not the top.
From what you've described, it sounds like a problem with the initial release version of the game. Please delete your current copy and download the updated version; you shouldn't have any more problems with it. ♥

I've found the problem, let me fix it and I'll upload the update in less than an hour!
Fixed! You can now download the new version, load your save file, and continue playing!

I Can't Load the save data

I still can't load my save file. I've tried lowering the graphics settings, but that doesn't help.
I completely deleted the game and reinstalled it, but my old save files are still there. Do you know in which folder the save files are stored?
You can simply start a new game and replace the previous save file.
The game isn't loading for me for some reason. no clue as to why i just hit new game and its a perma black scree
